Barda Brava's Rogelio Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Mazuste in the 4th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonas Mazuste in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rogelio Hartz saved Barda Brava from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Jonas Mazuste's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rogelio Hartz was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Rogelio Hartz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Mazuste in the 12th minute of play. Jonas Mazuste spun around in front of the goal 14 minutes in the game and got away a good shot, but Rogelio Hartz grabbed the ball before it went up in top right corner. Maximiliano Sein took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Ciceron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 played minutes, Barda Brava's Gavino Bastia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maximiliano Sein came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barda Brava reached it. The supporters of Barda Brava booed when Club Atlético Zelaya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Txordon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julian Ciceron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Barda Brava's Julian Ciceron got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If German Ceandro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The attack was good, but when Jonas Mazuste in the 37th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 47 minutes into the match, Eriberto Crispo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximiliano Sein. Club Atlético Zelaya's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eriberto Crispo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

A collision led to Club Atlético Zelaya getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ovidio Rocendo hit a great ball. With a little luck, Club Atlético Zelaya's Maximiliano Sein got control of the ball when Eriberto Crispo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Mazuste in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogelio Hartz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rogelio Hartz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Mazuste, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. If German Ceandro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75thth minute of the game Jonas Mazuste who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barda Brava's Rogelio Hartz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, German Ceandro put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rogelio Hartz. In the 80th match minute, Club Atlético Zelaya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyryl Buczak to maneuver through the defense.
