The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Feliberto Ursino came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A Los Huevones's Cleto Haimar. But to his dismay, Cleto Haimar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Leopoldo Ermano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cleto Haimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleto Haimar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Feliberto Ursino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the CSCI La Paz Entre Ríos defense, Cleto Haimar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Feliberto Ursino. The CSCI La Paz Entre Ríos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Feliberto Ursino should have stopped the shot. C.A Los Huevones's Francisco Ovando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Oso in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Severo Feliz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CSCI La Paz Entre Ríos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A Los Huevones the free kick. Fabian Oso hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Oso in the 33rd minute of play forced C.A Los Huevones's goalkeeper Francisco Ovando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cleto Haimar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Feliberto Ursino having to make a save. When C.A Los Huevones's Leopoldo Ermano in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CSCI La Paz Entre Ríos's goalie prevented a goal. The CSCI La Paz Entre Ríos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A Los Huevones were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cleto Haimar to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in C.A Los Huevones's zone, Eduardo Vellito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Ovando came out of the goal and Eduardo Vellito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute Cleto Haimar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Ursino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Vladimiro Palben hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Anacleto Su had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Francisco Ovando. C.A Los Huevones's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anacleto Su was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Feliberto Ursino made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Prospero Urtun sent off a good shot on target. Feliberto Ursino was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cleto Haimar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 64 minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Cleto Haimar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 80th minute, Siro Felipo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When C.A Los Huevones's Cleto Haimar in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Cleto Haimar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. Feliberto Ursino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cleto Haimar's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. C.A Los Huevones played a much better game than CSCI La Paz Entre Ríos and deserved their victory. The CSCI La Paz Entre Ríos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
