The crowd rose to their feet as Leonides Tirso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Severino Rioja. That made the score 3-4 in the 78 minute of play. Severino Rioja was a little too slow when Desiderio Argi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 3-5. Casillas's Severino Rioja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Tirso in the 84th minute of play. Narciso Rivas kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Casillas's Gavino Beliran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Corneliu Ferent made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-5. Juan Tibalt's late challenge caught a Ambul AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Tibalt helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Casillas getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Juan Tibalt hit a great ball.
