Spectators: 6633 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 0) Palermo's Ruperto Bastia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Llorienzo in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the game, one of Ochoa F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Palermo. Evelio Gipuzkoa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Diego Orlondo. 1-0. In the 9th minute, Amador Pabla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Llorienzo in the 11th minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Ruperto Bastia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 1-1 became the score in the 13th minute when Orlando Llorienzo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Amador Pabla kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Orlando Llorienzo put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ruperto Bastia. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Palermo! Palermo:s Ruperto Bastia showed great skill when he stopped Jesus Montez:s penalty. Ochoa F.C.'s Orlando Llorienzo got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Ochoa F.C. booed when Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Bilbo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Bastiaro in the 34th minute of play forced Palermo's goalkeeper Ruperto Bastia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonel Teodor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Diego Orlondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute Orlando Llorienzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Bastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulises Bastiaro scored 2-3 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ruperto Bastia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sergio Petri was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Servando came free, but Ruperto Bastia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 71 minutes of play, Ochoa F.C.'s Mario Servando made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruperto Bastia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ruperto Bastia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orlando Llorienzo's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. If Orlando Llorienzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Servando got free with Ruperto Bastia in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ruperto Bastia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Orlando Llorienzo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-6 in the 87 minute of play. Diego Orlondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Sugar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
