After recieving a nice pass, Club Atletico X Blaster's Julio Ascencio tried to score from far away in the 20th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ezequiel Cordaryal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Eliazar went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Gonzales got free with Ezequiel Cordaryal in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute of the match F.C. Ballester got a corner. Club Atletico X Blaster's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paolo Igon ran over to the corner to take the kick. Baldomero Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İlkan Acunman having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Oscar Etxekopar made a precise shot to the right of İlkan Acunman. F.C. Ballester's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. When Oscar Etxekopar came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Club Atletico X Blaster fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Etxekopar couldn't finish the play. Federico Gonzales's late challenge caught a Club Atletico X Blaster's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Federico Gonzales helped the player get up and apologised. Federico Gonzales hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldomero Ramirez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ballester's Santo Figueroa was substituted for Marciano Iago. In the 69th minute, Federico Gonzales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Etxekopar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but İlkan Acunman made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Oscar Etxekopar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico X Blaster's supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Etxekopar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. İlkan Acunman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
