Winifreda's Carolo Herrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Stephen in the 5th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliseo Soter in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carolo Herrera saved Winifreda from getting behind. After 9 played minutes Winifreda got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Jatsu. 10 minutes into the match, Joel Stephen notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Winifreda's Carolo Herrera. Carolo Herrera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Talleres getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Federico Luke hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Artemio Ubendu made a precise shot to the right of Carolo Herrera. Winifreda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Anier Sustrai received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Filiberto Bitxintxo came out and tried to block the shot, but Anier Sustrai slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 25th minute. In the 30th minute, Emilio Segio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute Emilio Segio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Bitxintxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emilio Segio to strike the kick off in the second half. Carolo Herrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Stephen in the 57th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Talleres's Eliseo Soter slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carolo Herrera. That made the score 1-3 after 59 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Winifreda's Benigno Remigio got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Winifreda's goalkeeper Carolo Herrera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eliseo Soter. In the 67th minute, Saturnino Dolcet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talleres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Emilio Segio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Bitxintxo having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Winifreda's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Stephen came free, but Carolo Herrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Eliseo Soter took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Carolo Herrera to make any attempt to save it. 85 minutes into the match, Winifreda's goalkeeper Carolo Herrera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saturnino Dolcet. Benigno Remigio charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benigno Remigio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes Winifreda got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Remigio. In the 88th minute Joel Stephen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carolo Herrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Talleres could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Winifreda throughout the match.
