Spectators: 7155 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anibal Gurutz started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Godoy Cruz's zone, Anibal Gurutz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelino Dacio came out of the goal and Anibal Gurutz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felipe Cilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Dacio having to interfere. Zacarias Bernat hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Urbano Balendin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to LOS CHUPRITOS getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Rafael Stephen hit a great ball. In the 24th minute Anibal Gurutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Dacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Ezkerra in the 33rd minute of play forced Godoy Cruz's goalkeeper Marcelino Dacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipe Cilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of LOS CHUPRITOS booed when Godoy Cruz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Lidon didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Zacarias Bernat made the kick off in the second half. Marcelino Dacio came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by LOS CHUPRITOS's Anibal Gurutz. But to his dismay, Anibal Gurutz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Anibal Gurutz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Godoy Cruz's German Abastas got a free kick in the 61st minute. Marcelino Dacio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Gurutz in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute Zacarias Bernat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Orti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LOS CHUPRITOS's Elvio Orti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Bernat in the 69th minute of play. The supporters of LOS CHUPRITOS booed when Godoy Cruz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarias Bernat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Jimeno Bilbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, Anibal Gurutz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOS CHUPRITOS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 80 minutes into the match, Felipe Cilio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelino Dacio. Godoy Cruz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Cilio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After 95 minutes, 毛城西 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Godoy Cruz and the LOS CHUPRITOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee ended the match the LOS CHUPRITOS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
