Spectators: 7060 (Terracing: 5373, Seating: 1647, VIP seats: 40) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tiburcio Dalmau started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Club Atletico Boca Junior defense, Samuel Baumar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Ihintza. The Club Atletico Boca Junior fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Ihintza should have stopped the shot. 11 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Boca Junior's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Dalmau came free, but Federico Ihintza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Atletico Boca Junior's Federico Ihintza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Baumar in the 13th minute of play. If Anibal Loi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36thth minute of the game Tiburcio Dalmau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Boca Junior's Federico Ihintza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Dalmau notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Club Atletico Boca Junior's Federico Ihintza. Federico Ihintza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Samuel Baumar came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the San Fernando Eagles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Baumar couldn't finish the play. After the first half San Fernando Eagles were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celedonio Olayo was the one to do the kick off. Federico Ihintza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Dalmau in the 52nd minute of play. After 55 played minutes San Fernando Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Niva. Omar Udalaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the match Paolo Loreto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Federico Ihintza skillfully saved the ball. In the 62ndth minute of the game Tiburcio Dalmau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Boca Junior's Federico Ihintza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 64 minutes into the game, San Fernando Eagles's Tiburcio Dalmau nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Federico Ihintza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Federico Ihintza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Dalmau in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Tiburcio Dalmau reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Federico Ihintza. The goal made the score 0-5. Samuel Baumar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Federico Ihintza skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the last second Federico Ihintza throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tiburcio Dalmau in the 83rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Samuel Baumar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Federico Ihintza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Dalmau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the game, Celedonio Olayo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Boca Junior's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Fernando Eagles the free kick. Tiburcio Dalmau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. San Fernando Eagles's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
