The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leo Leobardo hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Zurdo FC's Mauricio Eliazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Pudes in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Zurdo FC's goalkeeper Mauricio Eliazar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudio Marques. The crowd rose to their feet as A. D. Berazategui's Fernan Rito slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mauricio Eliazar. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. With a little luck, Zurdo FC's Mauricio Eliazar got control of the ball when Marcial Pudes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute, A. D. Berazategui's Marcial Pudes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Claudio Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 30 minutes into the game, Marcial Pudes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mauricio Eliazar. Marcial Pudes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The audience was convinced that Marcial Pudes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauricio Eliazar was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. With a little luck, Zurdo FC's Mauricio Eliazar got control of the ball when Fernan Rito tried to sneak it across the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Marcial Pudes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mauricio Eliazar, 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Federico Godoy to make the kick off. Zurdo FC's Mauricio Eliazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Pudes in the 58th minute of play. Zurdo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 63 minutes into the match, Zurdo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Marques came free, but Mauricio Eliazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauricio Eliazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Madeo in the 64th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonzalo Viator during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th minute there was a penalty for A. D. Berazategui. Marcial Pudes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mauricio Eliazar. 6-0. In the 80th match minute, Zurdo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Leobardo to maneuver through the defense. Claudio Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Mauricio Eliazar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Claudio Marques ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mauricio Eliazar was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Marcial Pudes scored 8-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauricio Eliazar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th minute Marcial Pudes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Eliazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauricio Eliazar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudio Marques went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. A. D. Berazategui walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
