Anier Hotz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Nemesio Salvidor got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hugo Guerrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Club Industrial Munro's goalkeeper Dionisio Balasi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulises Raymond. Club Industrial Munro's Dionisio Balasi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Club Industrial Munro from getting a goal against them. Andres Tabor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dionisio Balasi came out and tried to block the shot, but Andres Tabor slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 41st minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Urdin made a kick off. Hugo Guerrero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Hotz having to interfere. After 60 minutes, Sebastian Urdin made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Cangrejillos's Anier Hotz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Club Industrial Munro's Dionisio Balasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Salvidor in the 63rd minute of play. Dionisio Balasi came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Cangrejillos's Nemesio Salvidor. But to his dismay, Nemesio Salvidor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Andres Tabor scored 3-2 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dionisio Balasi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sebastian Urdin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anier Hotz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After some careless play in the Club Industrial Munro defense, Nemesio Salvidor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dionisio Balasi. The Club Industrial Munro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dionisio Balasi should have stopped the shot. In the 87th minute Angelo Norino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Balasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Andres Tabor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dionisio Balasi was relentless in the 88th minute of the game.
