After taking down the ball on Famatanca AFC's corner Emiliano Katia fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Joaquin Gartzen quite easily take care of the ball. Dario Gimenez's late challenge caught a Famatanca AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dionisio Paulin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Bartuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Emiliano Katia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gartzen. Darregueira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emiliano Katia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After a rather tough play, Darregueira's Fabio Rio got a free kick in the 94th minute. Famatanca AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
