PEDOTUDOS's Felipe Llorienzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Cordarryl in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Fulgencio Rodriguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodosio Cordarryl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felipe Llorienzo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After 18 played minutes, Dennehy's Everardo Matai shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Felipe Llorienzo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dennehy reached it. When Dennehy's Teodosio Cordarryl in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PEDOTUDOS's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Dennehy getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Salvador Chaime hit a great ball. In the 25th minute of the match Gaudencio Santana sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florentino Izotz skillfully saved the ball. Fulgencio Rodriguez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Felipe Llorienzo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Florentino Izotz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Dantae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florentino Izotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Dantae in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Salvador Chaime hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Cordarryl in the 36th minute of play forced PEDOTUDOS's goalkeeper Felipe Llorienzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Joel Chus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PEDOTUDOS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dennehy the free kick. A hard shot by Victorino Azevedo from long distance, 38 minutes into the match, got Felipe Llorienzo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Fulgencio Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Llorienzo having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Mauricio Dantae managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PEDOTUDOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauricio Dantae was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauricio Dantae was the one to do the kick off. Felipe Llorienzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodosio Cordarryl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th match minute, PEDOTUDOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Joey to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, one of PEDOTUDOS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PEDOTUDOS. In the 65thth minute of the game Fulgencio Rodriguez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PEDOTUDOS's Felipe Llorienzo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Claudio Rocio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Dantae in the 75th minute of play forced Dennehy's goalkeeper Florentino Izotz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fulgencio Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lino Joey during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lino Joey kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Dennehy's Victorino Azevedo tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Fulgencio Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Felipe Llorienzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Fulgencio Rodriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dennehy's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulgencio Rodriguez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Llorienzo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guaberto Galtero kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, PEDOTUDOS's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Cordarryl came free, but Felipe Llorienzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Guaberto Galtero fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PEDOTUDOS's protests and gave Guaberto Galtero a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, PEDOTUDOS's Guaberto Galtero got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When Fulgencio Rodriguez came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Dennehy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulgencio Rodriguez couldn't finish the play. After 96th play minutes Fulgencio Rodriguez shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Felipe Llorienzo and just under the crossbar into goal. Dennehy's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
