After a defensive mix-up in INDEPENDIENTE A CLUB's zone, Gogo Musko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Tolino came out of the goal and Gogo Musko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 13 in the game by Godfredo Abarca from a close distance when the talented Simon Tolino managed to make a qualified save. INDEPENDIENTE A CLUB's players were relieved. Anibal Mateo kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. A collision led to INDEPENDIENTE A CLUB getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Siro Shantala hit a great ball. Bruno Casado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Avellaneda having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgardo Izotz during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, INDEPENDIENTE A CLUB's Edgardo Izotz got a free kick in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Bruno Casado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. INDEPENDIENTE A CLUB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.S.y.D VERONICA the free kick. Bruno Casado kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. With a little luck, INDEPENDIENTE A CLUB's Simon Tolino got control of the ball when Godfredo Abarca tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rene Lluterio got free with Simon Tolino in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 37 played minutes INDEPENDIENTE A CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Casado. Godfredo Abarca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Tolino having to interfere. Simon Tolino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godfredo Abarca in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godfredo Abarca to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the INDEPENDIENTE A CLUB defense, Godfredo Abarca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simon Tolino. The INDEPENDIENTE A CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Simon Tolino should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godfredo Abarca in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simon Tolino saved INDEPENDIENTE A CLUB from getting behind. C.S.y.D VERONICA's Godfredo Abarca got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Lluterio in the 66th minute of play forced INDEPENDIENTE A CLUB's goalkeeper Simon Tolino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Generoso Lain charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Generoso Lain the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. INDEPENDIENTE A CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Casado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gogo Musko in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simon Tolino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Simon Tolino came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by C.S.y.D VERONICA's Godfredo Abarca. But to his dismay, Godfredo Abarca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. C.S.y.D VERONICA made a substitution. Mariano Tulio replaced Nicolas Eyague. Paulo Avellaneda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Casado, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. If Rene Lluterio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godfredo Abarca scored 3-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Simon Tolino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Godfredo Abarca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. C.S.y.D VERONICA fully deserved thier win.
