When Godfredo Abarca fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.S.y.D VERONICA's protests and gave Godfredo Abarca a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, C.S.y.D VERONICA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Abarca to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute, Fernando Ricart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Godfredo Abarca might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paolo Tartalo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Godfredo Abarca ran back to his position shaking his head. Gogo Musko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paolo Tartalo having to make a save. Gogo Musko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Paolo Tartalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rene Lluterio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Tartalo having to interfere. In the 18th match minute, C.S.y.D VERONICA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Lluterio to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Independiente mdq07's goalkeeper Paolo Tartalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rene Lluterio. With a little luck, Independiente mdq07's Paolo Tartalo got control of the ball when Rene Lluterio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, C.S.y.D VERONICA's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Cesaro came free, but Paulo Avellaneda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romulo Cesaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicolas Eyague kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Paulo Avellaneda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Cesaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Nicolas Eyague was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.S.y.D VERONICA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Independiente mdq07 the free kick. The supporters of Independiente mdq07 booed when C.S.y.D VERONICA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Eyague didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Avellaneda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Jerrald in the 32nd minute of the match. Independiente mdq07's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Godfredo Abarca scored to the left of an out of position Paolo Tartalo, making the score, 1-0. After having played for 39 minutes, Rene Lluterio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.S.y.D VERONICA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Lluterio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Godfredo Abarca managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.S.y.D VERONICA's supporters rose to their feet, but Godfredo Abarca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Tartalo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rene Lluterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romulo Cesaro to make the kick off. When Godfredo Abarca came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the C.S.y.D VERONICA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godfredo Abarca couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Justo Gergori during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of C.S.y.D VERONICA booed when Independiente mdq07 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justo Gergori didn't get a good kick on the ball. Godfredo Abarca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Paolo Tartalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paolo Tartalo came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by C.S.y.D VERONICA's Godfredo Abarca. But to his dismay, Godfredo Abarca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After some careless play in the Independiente mdq07 defense, Godfredo Abarca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paolo Tartalo. The Independiente mdq07 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paolo Tartalo should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes into the game, Genaro Bartoli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Independiente mdq07's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.S.y.D VERONICA the free kick. The supporters of C.S.y.D VERONICA booed when Independiente mdq07 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Bartoli didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Independiente mdq07's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Lluterio came free, but Paolo Tartalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Justo Gergori hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. If Godfredo Abarca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paolo Tartalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfredo Abarca in the 94th minute of the match. Paolo Tartalo came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by C.S.y.D VERONICA's Mateo Enekoitz. But to his dismay, Mateo Enekoitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. C.S.y.D VERONICA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
