Melchor Elixio came out of the goal and Mario Osorio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inocencio Lixandro kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Paolo Chepe hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. If Manuel Mateo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 35th minute, Serafin Dubardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Xaime Ciencabrero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melchor Elixio was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Bernardino Liberto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Melchor Elixio made a huge save. Futbolitos de Tigre's Melchor Elixio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Futbolitos de Tigre from getting a goal against them. Filomeno Lleir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Chepe in the 46th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mario Osorio to make the kick off. After 55 played minutes Futbolitos de Tigre got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Bernebe. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mario Osorio in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Melchor Elixio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th match minute, Aguero F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xaime Ciencabrero to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Mateo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Melchor Elixio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Osorio in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melchor Elixio saved Futbolitos de Tigre from getting behind. When Manuel Mateo came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Aguero F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Mateo couldn't finish the play. After 75 minutes of play, Aguero F.C.'s Xaime Ciencabrero made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Melchor Elixio was left in no man's land by his defense there! 79 minutes into the match, Aguero F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Chepe came free, but Filomeno Lleir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xaime Ciencabrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aguero F.C. made a substitution. Przemyslaw Jaworski replaced Manuel Mateo. In the 87th minute, Futbolitos de Tigre's Elpidio Heli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Filomeno Lleir. Filomeno Lleir yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Melchor Elixio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Osorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Aguero F.C. were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
