The supporters of Correa booed when pelonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Beti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivan Nikola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvano Iratzeder went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 25 played minutes pelonia got a freekick which was hit by Justino Salvidor. After 26 played minutes, Correa's Hugo Ongile shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ivan Nikola came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Correa reached it. Gavino Tristan hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, Correa's goalkeeper Luisito Dalmau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rosendo Cristofor. Wilfredo Corderro hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Ovidio Pabla took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Nikola. Ivan Nikola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.

After 71 minutes, Ovidio Pabla made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. pelonia's Ivan Nikola tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucio Beti in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luisito Dalmau saved Correa from getting behind. A collision led to Correa getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Flavio Gregory hit a great ball. Rosendo Cristofor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisito Dalmau having to interfere. Epifanio Bembe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Luisito Dalmau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Correa had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
