In the 5th minute Benedicto Balasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Segio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. anti k's Florencio Eladio got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Paula FC's Clemente Napier got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 11 played minutes anti k got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Beti. With a little luck, anti k's Horacio Segio got control of the ball when Gilberto Barbosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Horacio Segio was a little too slow when Benedicto Balasi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. Horacio Segio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Balasi in the 19th minute of the match. Horacio Segio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Balasi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paula FC's Gilberto Barbosa came free and shot a quick shot against goal 24 minutes in the game, fortunately Horacio Segio had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Celso Fortun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Poz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Florencio Eladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd match minute, anti k was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Beti to maneuver through the defense. Paula FC's Pedro Poz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Eladio in the 37th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Celso Fortun managed to get in a good position for a shot. anti k's supporters rose to their feet, but Celso Fortun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Poz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erasmo Jakue during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Erasmo Jakue hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After 46 minutes of play, anti k's Cleto Beti made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Poz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florencio Eladio to make the kick off. Pedro Poz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Quirce, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 57th minute, Florencio Eladio fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Isidro Quirce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Florencio Eladio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Balasi in the 74th minute of play forced anti k's goalkeeper Horacio Segio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Celso Fortun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Poz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Florencio Eladio came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the anti k fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Eladio couldn't finish the play. If Leonardo Chuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erasmo Jakue kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Horacio Segio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Balasi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paula FC's goalkeeper Pedro Poz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Freddy Berasko struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Pedro Poz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for anti k. anti k's Celso Fortun got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
