But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Benvido couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in BorrachoyCervecero's zone, Adrian Iaki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benicio Thomas came out of the goal and Adrian Iaki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Anselmo Benvido got free with Benicio Thomas in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of BorrachoyCervecero booed when Chicken Supreme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Farias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chicken Supreme's Raul Ledesma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Quin in the 58th minute of play. Chicken Supreme played a much better game than BorrachoyCervecero and deserved their victory. The BorrachoyCervecero players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
