KAYSER's Gaudencio Gotzon got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amador Cordeal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Gotzon in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute Gaudencio Gotzon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Cordeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Almagro's Joel Argenis got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolo Serafo got free with Amador Cordeal in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jairo Frasquito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 33 minutes, Joel Argenis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Almagro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Argenis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amador Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Frasquito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Almagro's zone, Bartolo Serafo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amador Cordeal came out of the goal and Bartolo Serafo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amador Cordeal made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Bartolo Serafo sent off a good shot on target. KAYSER's attentive Gustavo Dayam managed to snatch the ball when Matias Oroitz made a throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Joel Argenis made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Bartolo Serafo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Cordeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Almagro defense, Bartolo Serafo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amador Cordeal. The Almagro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amador Cordeal should have stopped the shot. Gustavo Dayam hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Amador Cordeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Frasquito in the 67th minute of the match. Almagro's Mauro Lehior managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Daniel Tab in the 86 minute of the game. 89 minutes into the match, Almagro's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Serafo came free, but Amador Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amador Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Frasquito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Bartolo Serafo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. KAYSER had played much better football throughout.
