Vinicio Cilio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Godfredo Primo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Neron, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 17 played minutes Martin Colon rounded Deportivo Caldén's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. The supporters of Atletico Oeste III booed when Deportivo Caldén was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Betão Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deportivo Caldén's Vinicio Cilio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Caldén from getting a goal against them. Vinicio Cilio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natalio Mel in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Betão Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Deportivo Caldén's Vinicio Cilio got control of the ball when Natalio Mel tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Deportivo Caldén's Claudio Neron in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the Deportivo Caldén defense, Sixto Galsino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vinicio Cilio. The Deportivo Caldén fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vinicio Cilio should have stopped the shot. Vinicio Cilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Colon in the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Galsino in the 72nd minute of play forced Deportivo Caldén's goalkeeper Vinicio Cilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deportivo Caldén's Vinicio Cilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Colon in the 78th minute of play. Sixto Galsino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sixto Galsino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute Natalio Mel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Cilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atletico Oeste III's Godfredo Primo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Neron in the 87th minute of play. Vinicio Cilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Colon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 90 played minutes Deportivo Caldén got a freekick which was hit by Betão Pereira. Sixto Galsino struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Vinicio Cilio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Oeste III. Albino Napier hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Claudio Neron kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. After 97 minutes of play, Atletico Oeste III's Natalio Mel made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vinicio Cilio was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Atletico Oeste III players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
