The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Mogel was the one to do the kick off. Abel Guilabertus was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Severiano Rubio. After 89 played minutes Compota got a freekick which was hit by Blas Cordara. Abel Guilabertus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Inocencio Firmo in the 90th minute. Inocencio Firmo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Abel Guilabertus made a huge save. When the match was over Club Deportivo Mitre could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Compota throughout the match.
