Basilio Sadurni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 19th minute Silvio Sansone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Sadurni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Vaselina FC booed when Emita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Rocendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Silvio Sansone had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basilio Sadurni. Emita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvio Sansone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Garci in the 31st minute of play forced Emita's goalkeeper Basilio Sadurni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basilio Sadurni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvio Sansone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Garci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Silvio Sansone's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Basilio Sadurni was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Basilio Sadurni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvio Sansone went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The Emita players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vaselina FC were winning 0-3.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eliseo Garci to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Emita's Basilio Sadurni got control of the ball when Manolo Mesquita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gaudencio Cuarto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Rocendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. With his leg Basilio Sadurni managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Vaselina FC's Silvio Sansone fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Basilio Sadurni came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Vaselina FC's Silvio Sansone. But to his dismay, Silvio Sansone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After a rather tough play, Vaselina FC's Evaristo Ferrer got a free kick in the 69th minute. Silvio Sansone's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Basilio Sadurni skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 74th minute of the match, Silvio Sansone got a very nice opportunity to score, but Basilio Sadurni was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 78 minutes into the game, Eliseo Garci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vaselina FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Emita the free kick. A collision led to Vaselina FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Eliseo Garci hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vaselina FC's zone, Guillermo Bernabel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaudencio Cuarto came out of the goal and Guillermo Bernabel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 83 minutes, Guillermo Bernabel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Emita and the Vaselina FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Vaselina FC booed when Emita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Bernabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basilio Sadurni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Garci in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th match minute, Emita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Satordi to maneuver through the defense. Silvio Sansone struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Basilio Sadurni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vaselina FC. Vaselina FC's Evaristo Ferrer couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 91st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Emita. In the 95th minute, Vaselina FC's Silvio Sansone dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Vaselina FC played a much better game than Emita and deserved their victory. The Emita players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
