When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Leon Sergi sped through Vaselina FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gaudencio Cuarto. Uranga's Leon Sergi got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Silvio Sansone left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vaselina FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaristo Ferrer during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vaselina FC's Evaristo Ferrer got a free kick in the 13th minute. After having played for 14 minutes, Leon Sergi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uranga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Sergi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Uranga's Pastor Txaran in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vaselina FC's goalie prevented a goal. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Uranga fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! After 22 minutes Uranga's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Evaristo Ferrer who took care of the corner kick. Santo Turi tried in the 22nd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Eugenio Mikolas a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-1. With his leg Eugenio Mikolas managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Vaselina FC's Silvio Sansone fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Uranga booed when Vaselina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Leon Luzaide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Vaselina FC's zone, Leon Sergi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaudencio Cuarto came out of the goal and Leon Sergi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Vaselina FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Gilberto Distiratsu hit a great ball. Gaudencio Cuarto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leon Sergi in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Romelio in the 46th minute of play forced Vaselina FC's goalkeeper Gaudencio Cuarto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Leon Sergi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Gaudencio Cuarto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Vaselina FC's Gaudencio Cuarto got control of the ball when Leon Sergi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mauricio Chinto kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Leon Sergi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Gaudencio Cuarto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Leon Sergi came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Uranga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Sergi couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, Leon Sergi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaudencio Cuarto. Vaselina FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leon Sergi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Leon Sergi in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gaudencio Cuarto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 75 minutes, Mauricio Chinto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vaselina FC and the Uranga players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vaselina FC! Eugenio Mikolas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Garci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Uranga's Baldomero Romelio got a free kick in the 79th minute. Eliseo Garci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baldomero Romelio hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Eliseo Garci scored 4-3 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eugenio Mikolas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eugenio Mikolas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseo Garci's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. Vaselina FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Uranga for a fine match.
