In the 18th minute Robustiano Dayam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Laurgain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-1.

The wind increased when Delmar Obeko made the kick off in the second half. When Delmar Obeko came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Saavedra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmar Obeko couldn't finish the play. After 57 minutes of play, Saavedra FC's Delmar Obeko made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anselmo Isidor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anselmo Isidor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Weather, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
