The supporters of Romero FC booed when IMPA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Rumaldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Atilano Txilar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The IMPA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Naelio should have stopped the shot. A collision led to IMPA FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Joaquin Rafe hit a great ball. 77 minutes into the match, IMPA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Mitxaut came free, but Armando Naelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Naelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Mitxaut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Romero FC's zone, Joaquin Rafe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Atilano Txilar came out of the goal and Joaquin Rafe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Romero FC's Atilano Txilar got control of the ball when Joaquin Rafe tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Mario Gonchan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Romero FC booed when IMPA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Lucila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elpidio Mitxaut's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Naelio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Romero FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing IMPA FC to leave the ground with a draw.
