Spectators: 7213 (Terracing: 5411, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) Talita FC's Hugo Ignazio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cosme Ostargi during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 3rd minute, one of Ayacucho Futbol Club:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ayacucho Futbol Club. In the 4th minute there was a penalty for Talita FC. Eulalio Abaunza stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leon Iyan. 1-0. Benedicto Lizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Iyan having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Benedicto Lizar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leon Iyan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 14th minute, Americo Firmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Ayacucho Futbol Club's Leon Iyan got control of the ball when Benedicto Lizar tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 20 played minutes Ayacucho Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Urti. The crowd rose to their feet as Talita FC's Hugo Ignazio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leon Iyan. That made the score 3-0 after 27 minutes of play. Simon Ongile kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Hugo Ignazio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Ignazio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 37th match minute, Ayacucho Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Firmo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ayacucho Futbol Club getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Esteban Urti hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Benedicto Lizar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benedicto Lizar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Leon Iyan made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Esteban Urti made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Ayacucho Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Severo Vigil. Hugo Ignazio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Iyan having to interfere. Bernardo Perutxo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Hugo Ignazio scored 4-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leon Iyan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute Hugo Ignazio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Iyan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Talita FC's Hugo Ignazio in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ayacucho Futbol Club's goalie prevented a goal. Leon Iyan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Ignazio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Ayacucho Futbol Club's zone, Benedicto Lizar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Iyan came out of the goal and Benedicto Lizar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Americo Firmo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Talita FC's Benedicto Lizar got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Lizar in the 78th minute of play forced Ayacucho Futbol Club's goalkeeper Leon Iyan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Chale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Jerico having to interfere. Leon Iyan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugo Ignazio went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Americo Firmo charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Americo Firmo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th match minute, Ayacucho Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Firmo to maneuver through the defense. Eulalio Abaunza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Iyan having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Talita FC's Benedicto Lizar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leon Iyan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ayacucho Futbol Club's Americo Firmo got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Talita FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
