Generoso Botello hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Bonifacio Beat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Timoteo Criston was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Criston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvio Nahia in the 24th minute of the match. Timoteo Criston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Beat in the 34th minute of play. Ulises Domingues charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulises Domingues the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ulises Domingues hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the game, Descado's Bonifacio Beat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timoteo Criston made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Severino dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Sedeni having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severino dos Santos got free with Bruno Sedeni in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Descado were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the game, Igor Izel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Timoteo Criston was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Timoteo Criston showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Beat, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Descado's zone, Severino dos Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Sedeni came out of the goal and Severino dos Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabio Olo in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Timoteo Criston, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Descado's Elvio Nahia got a free kick in the 66th minute. Patricio Medero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Sedeni having to interfere. Igor Izel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Timoteo Criston skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Izel got free with Timoteo Criston in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 81st minute, Felipe Ostargi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Severino dos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportivo Español's supporters rose to their feet, but Severino dos Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Descado walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
