Andrés Ortiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carolo Formerio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrés Ortiz ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrés Ortiz in the 33rd minute of play forced Inspector de Billeteras's goalkeeper Carolo Formerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Carolo Formerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrés Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, Deportivo San Fierro's Ramon Gabirel got a free kick in the 56th minute. Carolo Formerio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrés Ortiz in the 61st minute. It was a penalty for Deportivo San Fierro! The referee gave Inspector de Billeteras a penalty, 78 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Uriel Claude, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Deportivo San Fierro's Constantino Giro. 1-1. Carolo Formerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrés Ortiz in the 92nd minute of play. In the 97th minute, Marian Zaremba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Deportivo San Fierro could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Inspector de Billeteras throughout the match.
