Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Andrés Ortiz got the match started through his kick off. Andrés Ortiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrés Ortiz in the 10th minute of play forced Patricios's goalkeeper Fabian Arano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ceferino Quirce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Giro having to interfere. Fabian Arano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrés Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patricios's Fabian Arano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrés Ortiz in the 21st minute of play. Andrés Ortiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabian Arano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrés Ortiz ran back to his position shaking his head. Fabian Arano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrés Ortiz in the 27th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Andrés Ortiz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Patricios's Fabian Arano. Fabian Arano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ceferino Quirce struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Constantino Giro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patricios. Ceferino Quirce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Constantino Giro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Patricios's zone, Andrés Ortiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Arano came out of the goal and Andrés Ortiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ceferino Quirce made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Patricios's goal looked a bit too open when Andrés Ortiz came free, but Fabian Arano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Patricios's Fabian Arano got control of the ball when Andrés Ortiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Patricios's Fabian Arano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Patricios from getting a goal against them. Deportivo San Fierro's Augusto Bilintx was substituted for Eleuterio Goi. After a rather tough play, Deportivo San Fierro's David Bernat got a free kick in the 66th minute. Fabian Arano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrés Ortiz in the 74th minute of the match. Andrés Ortiz scored 0-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabian Arano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 88 minutes, Casimiro Gomesano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Patricios and the Deportivo San Fierro players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 91 played minutes Patricios got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Gomesano. The Deportivo San Fierro players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
