Spectators: 7008 (Terracing: 5356, Seating: 1642, VIP seats: 10) Silvano Gorri started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Pedro Merexildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Mincho in the 2nd minute of the match. In the 3rd minute Freddy Dalmu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Satordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiburcio Normando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Merexildo having to interfere. Javier Sotero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Merexildo having to interfere. Pedro Merexildo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiburcio Normando's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Javier Sotero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Merexildo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tiburcio Normando went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Pablo Ciano took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Merexildo. Pedro Merexildo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Iraizoz AFC's goalkeeper Pedro Merexildo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Iraizoz AFC booed when Arauco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Feliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Arauco FC's Pablo Ciano got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Merexildo was a little too slow when Tiburcio Normando got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-3. In the 65th minute, Arauco FC's Tiburcio Normando dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. With 72 minutes on the clock, Aaron Senon commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Iraizoz AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! Luis Mincho walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Javier Sotero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Pedro Merexildo made a huge save. The corner ended in Luis Mincho almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Iraizoz AFC's Pedro Merexildo did a great save. German Satordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Gorri in the 90th minute of play. In the 95th minute Luis Mincho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
