Spectators: 7207 (Terracing: 5407, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Silvestre Abancens made the kick off which started today's match. The Cangrejillos AFC fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Cangrejillos AFC's Jesus Ortle looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alejo Ezkerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Gomez in the 14th minute of the match. Alejo Ezkerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Ortle, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Delmar Gomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 21st minute, Jesus Ortle made a precise shot to the right of Alejo Ezkerra. Manantial's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 25th match minute, Cangrejillos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Naelio to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvestre Abancens in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laureano Nel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Silvestre Abancens might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laureano Nel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvestre Abancens ran back to his position shaking his head. Romulo Txanton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manantial's Alejo Ezkerra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Manantial from getting a goal against them. Cangrejillos AFC were furious when Dionisio Naelio was red carded, 40 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 41st minute, Dionisio Naelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Artemio Roldan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manantial's supporters rose to their feet, but Artemio Roldan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laureano Nel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Chip Donnelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jesus Ortle to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Cangrejillos AFC's Jesus Ortle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alejo Ezkerra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If Jesus Ortle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 55 minutes, Celedonio Ederono mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manantial and the Cangrejillos AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Cangrejillos AFC booed when Manantial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Ederono didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejo Ezkerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Ortle, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Alejo Ezkerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Ortle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laureano Nel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvestre Abancens went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Laureano Nel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Abancens in the 73rd minute of play. Jesus Ortle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hipolito Furtado in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejo Ezkerra saved Manantial from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Ortle in the 90th minute of play forced Manantial's goalkeeper Alejo Ezkerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesus Ortle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Alejo Ezkerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvestre Abancens in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laureano Nel saved Cangrejillos AFC from getting behind. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manantial's goalkeeper Alejo Ezkerra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. There was no doubt that Cangrejillos AFC were the better team. Cangrejillos AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
