Fidel Hustaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 12 in the game by Fidel Hustaz from a close distance when the talented Camilo Boni managed to make a qualified save. Cabituyo AFC's players were relieved. The supporters of Piñeyro fc booed when Cabituyo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Sagrario didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Fidel Hustaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hugo Ibar came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Piñeyro fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Ibar couldn't finish the play. Camilo Boni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Hustaz in the 19th minute. If Hugo Ibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Piñeyro fc's Clemente Ioritz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Sagrario in the 24th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cabituyo AFC's Damian Sendoa got a free kick in the 27th minute. Santo Raitin scored 2-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Camilo Boni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Santo Raitin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Camilo Boni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fidel Hustazs short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Camilo Boni to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Hugo Ibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Camilo Boni made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Fidel Hustaz sent off a good shot on target. In the 50th minute of the match Piñeyro fc got a corner. Cabituyo AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Justino Sendoa ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Piñeyro fc's Justino Sendoa to fire away a dangerous shot which Camilo Boni despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fidel Hustaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Santo Raitin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Piñeyro fc's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Sagrario came free, but Clemente Ioritz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raimundo Sagrario might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clemente Ioritz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raimundo Sagrario ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute, Santo Raitin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piñeyro fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Santo Raitin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Raitin in the 74th minute of play forced Cabituyo AFC's goalkeeper Camilo Boni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnulfo Estefan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Clemente Ioritz firmly grabbed it by the left post. 80 minutes into the match, Cabituyo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Hustaz came free, but Camilo Boni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fidel Hustaz in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Boni saved Cabituyo AFC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Efrain Telo got free with Clemente Ioritz in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th match minute, Cabituyo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Sagrario to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the match, Piñeyro fc's goalkeeper Clemente Ioritz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Efrain Telo. After 94th play minutes Fidel Hustaz shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Camilo Boni and just under the crossbar into goal. When the referee ended the match the Piñeyro fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
