The attack was good, but when Silverio Endura in the 4th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When Andres Astudillo fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GOMERIAUQZ's protests and gave Andres Astudillo a yellow card for diving instead. Andres Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Generoso Tirso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Orlando Txomin made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Silverio Endura took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Orlando Txomin to make any attempt to save it. Generoso Tirso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 12thth minute, Orlando Txomin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. GOMERIAUQZ's Orlando Txomin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save GOMERIAUQZ from getting a goal against them. After 17 played minutes GOMERIAUQZ got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Belo. Herlitzka's Bernardino Nuxila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Hermon in the 22nd minute of play. Generoso Tirso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Orlando Txomin made a huge save. Generoso Tirso in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Orlando Txomin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Silverio Endura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Orlando Txomin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teo Nabar hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Generoso Tirso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44thth minute of the game Silverio Endura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GOMERIAUQZ's Orlando Txomin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Silverio Endura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the game, Herlitzka's Generoso Tirso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orlando Txomin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silverio Endura to make the kick off. Silverio Endura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Generoso Tirso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Orlando Txomin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in GOMERIAUQZ's zone, Generoso Tirso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orlando Txomin came out of the goal and Generoso Tirso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orlando Txomin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Generoso Tirso's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. If Samuel Ovando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Generoso Tirso came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Herlitzka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Generoso Tirso couldn't finish the play. 79 minutes into the match, Herlitzka's goalkeeper Bernardino Nuxila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dalmacio Obano. Godofredo Belo hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Herlitzka's Silverio Endura got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Braulio Berbiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GOMERIAUQZ's Orlando Txomin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Endura in the 91st minute of play. When Andres Astudillo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. After 97 played minutes GOMERIAUQZ got a freekick which was hit by Andres Astudillo. When the referee ended the match the Herlitzka players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
