Tiburcio Garin kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Artemio Poncio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Udalaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narciso Gerazan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artemio Poncio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Benjamin Överman took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artemio Poncio. Artemio Poncio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

In the 55th match minute, Espín AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Dunixi to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the game, Espín AFC's Baldomero Aimar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timoteo Noe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Artemio Poncio was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Benjamin Överman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Benjamin Överman really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Timoteo Noe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomero Aimar, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Narciso Gerazan in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Artemio Poncio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 78 minutes into the match, Baldomero Aimar notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Ballesteros's Timoteo Noe. Timoteo Noe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Espín AFC booed when Ballesteros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Gerazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Sasoin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Timoteo Noe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ballesteros's Benjamin Överman got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ballesteros's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
