After 5 played minutes Urizar got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Millrick. After a defensive mix-up in Urizar's zone, Julio Luken stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Ado came out of the goal and Julio Luken tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Daunte in the 9th minute of play forced Urizar's goalkeeper Rodrigo Ado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Ado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Daunte in the 13th minute of the match. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute, Julio Luken got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rodrigo Ado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Orlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Urizar's zone, Julio Luken stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Ado came out of the goal and Julio Luken tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Urizar's goalkeeper Rodrigo Ado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rodrigo Ado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Daunte in the 33rd minute of play. Pastor Olo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Enmanuel having to interfere. In the 38th minute Pedro Daunte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Ado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pastor Olo in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cirilo Enmanuel saved Monteagudo FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Julio Luken's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodrigo Ado was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pastor Olo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Pedro Daunte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monteagudo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Daunte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Daunte did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Rodrigo Ado 59 minutes into the match. Pastor Olo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Cirilo Enmanuel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 67 minutes, Julio Luken managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Daunte couldn't finish the play. Julio Luken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Urizar's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Daunte came free, but Rodrigo Ado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Monteagudo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Olo came free, but Cirilo Enmanuel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Daunte in the 85th minute of play forced Urizar's goalkeeper Rodrigo Ado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Julio Luken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julio Luken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Rodrigo Ado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Urizar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Monteagudo FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
