In the 18th match minute, Gamba Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Bikendi to maneuver through the defense. 孔南 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vachon Comas in the 19th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Diego Orlanda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 孔南 was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. A collision led to Casablanca getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Santiago Motta hit a great ball. Artemio Sarracino hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teobaldo Tello in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorio Oxarra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Virgilio Pepillo fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Casablanca's protests and gave Virgilio Pepillo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute Jesus Caitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Oxarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victorio Oxarra was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Jesus Caitano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jesus Caitano really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 44th minute, Jesus Caitano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Bikendi in the 75th minute of play forced Casablanca's goalkeeper Victorio Oxarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77 played minutes Casablanca got a freekick which was hit by Leo Rivas. Gamba Plate made a substitution. Wilfredo Taurino replaced Evelio Pacorro. In the 78th match minute, Casablanca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Rivas to maneuver through the defense. The Casablanca fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Casablanca's Diego Orlanda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Vachon Comas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casablanca's Victorio Oxarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Tello in the 92nd minute of play. Victorio Oxarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Taurino in the 94th minute of play. Despite being the better team, Gamba Plate failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
