Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Felipe Abar made the kick off which started today's match. Alonzo Harkaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Rioja having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Felipe Abar put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Raimundo Rioja. Alonzo Harkaitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raimundo Rioja having to make a save. After a rather tough play, La Renga FC's Alvaro Rami got a free kick in the 10th minute. Rosendo Torres hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. When Alonzo Harkaitz came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Volcán AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alonzo Harkaitz couldn't finish the play. Fulgencio Guillelme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Pacifico in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Eduardo Pacifico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Guillelme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Abar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to La Renga FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Eduardo Pacifico hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Eduardo Pacifico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute Alonzo Harkaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Rioja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Rami in the 31st minute of play forced Volcán AFC's goalkeeper Fulgencio Guillelme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Felipe Abar came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Volcán AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Abar couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the match, La Renga FC's goalkeeper Raimundo Rioja had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Abar. After 42 played minutes Volcán AFC got a freekick which was hit by Placido Fortun. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rosendo Torres in the 44th minute of play forced Volcán AFC's goalkeeper Fulgencio Guillelme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Raimundo Rioja successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 47th match minute, Volcán AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Placido Fortun to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 53rd minute, Alvaro Rami ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fulgencio Guillelme was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 59th minute Rosendo Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Guillelme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fulgencio Guillelme didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 61st minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. La Renga FC's Raimundo Rioja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Harkaitz in the 64th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Eduardo Pacifico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Alonzo Harkaitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raimundo Rioja. La Renga FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alonzo Harkaitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Alvaro Rami took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fulgencio Guillelme. Fulgencio Guillelme dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 80th minute, Alvaro Rami hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Felipe Abar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fulgencio Guillelme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Rami, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Although Volcán AFC had been in control for most of the match, La Renga FC still came away with the win.
