Esteban Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Arias, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dami FC's goalkeeper Esteban Selatse, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Julio Oxel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Babbis Dimopoulos. Wasapampa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julio Oxel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Raimundo Nazario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dami FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Nazario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Babbis Dimopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 35 minutes into the game, one of Dami FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 38 played minutes Dami FC got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Nazario. Joel Arias struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Esteban Selatse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wasapampa FC. In the 40th minute Melchor Bladi suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Raimundo Nazario's late challenge caught a Wasapampa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raimundo Nazario helped the player get up and apologised. Raimundo Nazario hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Wasapampa FC's Marcelino Tulio got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The Wasapampa FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dami FC were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ceferino Medina made a kick off. After 54 played minutes, Wasapampa FC's Jimeno Celipe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Esteban Selatse came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wasapampa FC reached it. Esteban Selatse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ceferino Medina came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Wasapampa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ceferino Medina couldn't finish the play. If Delmar Dubardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Birjaio ran back to his position shaking his head. Jaime George kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. When Wasapampa FC's Ceferino Medina in 80 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Esteban Selatse guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Conrado Erruki charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conrado Erruki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
