Spectators: 6635 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1635, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Clodoveo Bizen started the match with the kick off. In the 14th minute, Tadeo Txordon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Alfredo Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Borbotones FC's Prospero Lluis got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Torres in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Fraco saved Argentina from getting behind. Argentina's Ariel Fraco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Torres in the 28th minute of play. The Borbotones FC fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Borbotones FC's Alfredo Torres looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Argentina's Ariel Fraco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Torres in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Torres in the 45th minute of play forced Argentina's goalkeeper Ariel Fraco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The long shot by Honorio Hug in the 54th minute really tested Ariel Fraco's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Alfredo Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Borbotones FC's Alfredo Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfredo Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Borbotones FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Cloyo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alfredo Torres who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Ariel Fraco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ariel Fraco came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Borbotones FC's Claudio Beturian. But to his dismay, Claudio Beturian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Claudio Beturian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ariel Fraco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute of the match, Alfredo Torres sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Ariel Fraco showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Alfredo Torres received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ariel Fraco came out and tried to block the shot, but Alfredo Torres slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 96th minute. Borbotones FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
