Spectators: 7162 (Terracing: 5373, Seating: 1647, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iker Pero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elpidio Ovando during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th minute, Elpidio Ovando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Vistalba's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Astigar came free, but Iker Pero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13thth minute of the game Alvaro Astigar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vistalba's Iker Pero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iker Pero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Flor in the 14th minute of play. Jorge Urko lost his temper 17 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 16 minutes into the game, one of Paso de los Toros:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jonathan Fero had in the 19thth minute some difficulties stopping Gavino Marques's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball In the 19th minute, Gavino Marques reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Fero. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 28th minute Marcial Flor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Pero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 minutes, Amado Laffitte mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vistalba and the Paso de los Toros players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes Vistalba got a freekick which was hit by Amado Laffitte. Marcial Flor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Pero having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Norberto Kaiet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paso de los Toros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Kaiet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paso de los Toros's Marcial Flor got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute Marcial Flor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Pero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pascual Montxo in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Pero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcial Flor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Pero having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Marcial Flor made the kick off in the second half. Iker Pero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcial Flor in the 53rd minute. When Amado Laffitte was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. The supporters of Vistalba booed when Paso de los Toros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Kaiet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcial Flor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Pero having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Norberto Kaiet kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iker Pero. That made the score 1-2 in the 67 minute of play. Paso de los Toros's Raimundo Calisto was substituted for Anier Erdiano. After 81 played minutes Vistalba got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Precioso. Vistalba's Iker Pero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Vistalba from getting a goal against them. With his leg Iker Pero managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Paso de los Toros's Pascual Montxo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcial Flor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Iker Pero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcial Flor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Iker Pero made a huge save. Marcial Flor took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Pero. Iker Pero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Marcial Flor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paso de los Toros's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Flor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iker Pero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
