If Efrain Hug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Omar Claris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Florencio Txanton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jairo Mitxel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Quentin having to make a save. Kebradura's Efrain Hug got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jairo Mitxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Quentin having to interfere. Efrain Hug received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Florencio Txanton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Efrain Hug made the kick off in the second half. Faustino Sendoa was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 57 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in MATORRALES fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! MATORRALES's Florencio Txanton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Hug in the 62nd minute of play. Efrain Hug got in the 65th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Florencio Txanton handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. The supporters of Kebradura booed when MATORRALES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Bernad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florencio Txanton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Hug, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. MATORRALES's Florencio Txanton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Hug in the 89th minute of play. Rigoberto Nardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Abel Quentin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victoriano Ritchie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Prospero Ubendu's late challenge caught a MATORRALES's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prospero Ubendu helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 99 minutes, Rigoberto Nardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MATORRALES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Nardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Kebradura supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kebradura would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
