In the 4th minute Robustiano Ostargi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Pancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Honorio Diegotxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Poyo RS's Robustiano Ostargi in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gabo F.C's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gabo F.C's zone, Adan Onofre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregorio Pancho came out of the goal and Adan Onofre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robustiano Ostargi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregorio Pancho having to make a save. 16 minutes into the match, Adan Onofre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gregorio Pancho. Gabo F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adan Onofre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gregorio Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adan Onofre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amadeo Viviano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Kan having to interfere. In the 23rd match minute, Gabo F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Thomas to maneuver through the defense. Robustiano Ostargi took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregorio Pancho. Gregorio Pancho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The Poyo RS fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Poyo RS's Honorio Diegotxe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Adan Onofre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Gregorio Pancho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37thth minute of the game Robustiano Ostargi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gabo F.C's Gregorio Pancho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gregorio Pancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Onofre, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Adan Onofre struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Gregorio Pancho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poyo RS.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robustiano Ostargi to make the kick off. With a little luck, Gabo F.C's Gregorio Pancho got control of the ball when Rodolfo Abar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54thth minute of the game Robustiano Ostargi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gabo F.C's Gregorio Pancho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 55 minutes Gabo F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kevin Lundblad who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Gabo F.C's goalie and right to Honorio Diegotxe. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Gabo F.C's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 59th minute, Ciro Duardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gregorio Pancho made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Adan Onofre sent off a good shot on target. Gabo F.C's Gregorio Pancho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Gabo F.C from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Gabo F.C's zone, Kevin Lundblad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregorio Pancho came out of the goal and Kevin Lundblad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Hermengildo Mederi fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gabo F.C's protests and gave Hermengildo Mederi a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gabo F.C's Hermengildo Mederi got a free kick in the 70th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Poyo RS's Adan Onofre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gregorio Pancho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Hermengildo Mederi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 75 minutes had been played. After 76 played minutes Gabo F.C got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Mederi. Adan Onofre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Gabo F.C's goalkeeper Gregorio Pancho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adan Onofre. 93 minutes into the match, Gabo F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Ostargi came free, but Gregorio Pancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gabo F.C's zone, Adan Onofre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregorio Pancho came out of the goal and Adan Onofre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Poyo RS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
