The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. TRIPEROS's Lino Cilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Gasteiz in the 2nd minute of play. Lino Cilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Gasteiz in the 5th minute of the match. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind TRIPEROS's goalkeeper Lino Cilio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, TRIPEROS's goalkeeper Lino Cilio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaudencio Arnau. When Cecilio Pacifico fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TRIPEROS's protests and gave Cecilio Pacifico a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, TRIPEROS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Pacifico to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Gasteiz in the 22nd minute of play forced TRIPEROS's goalkeeper Lino Cilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Silvestre Gasteiz made a precise shot to the right of Lino Cilio. TRIPEROS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The DUGGAN Rural Club fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when DUGGAN Rural Club's Gaudencio Arnau looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 32 minutes into the match, Leon Loren notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of DUGGAN Rural Club's Edgardo Cordarryl. Edgardo Cordarryl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaudencio Arnau got free with Lino Cilio in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind DUGGAN Rural Club's goalkeeper Edgardo Cordarryl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lino Cilio made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Gaudencio Arnau sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th minute, Gaudencio Arnau reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lino Cilio. The goal made the score 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaudencio Arnau to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, TRIPEROS's goal looked a bit too open when Silvestre Gasteiz came free, but Lino Cilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaudencio Arnau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Lino Cilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in TRIPEROS's zone, Gaudencio Arnau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lino Cilio came out of the goal and Gaudencio Arnau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute Silvestre Gasteiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Cilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Justino Cordaro got free with Edgardo Cordarryl in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lino Cilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaudencio Arnau in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Gaudencio Arnau notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of TRIPEROS's Lino Cilio. Lino Cilio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lino Cilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Arnau, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leon Loren in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Cordarryl saved DUGGAN Rural Club from getting behind. After a rather tough play, TRIPEROS's Cecilio Pacifico got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Atilano Caetano was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 76 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in DUGGAN Rural Club fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 76th minute. Penalty! After 80 played minutes DUGGAN Rural Club got a freekick which was hit by Albano Henrico. TRIPEROS's Ubaldo Aresti got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lino Cilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Arnau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvestre Gasteiz shot the penalty kick right outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Arnau in the 91st minute of play forced TRIPEROS's goalkeeper Lino Cilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DUGGAN Rural Club's Edgardo Cordarryl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save DUGGAN Rural Club from getting a goal against them.
