Mateo Chepe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malaga. In the 24th minute, one of Malaga:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Malaga. Mario Rencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Peru in the 31st minute of the match. After 32 played minutes Malaga got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Bingen. 36 minutes into the match, Diego Jakobe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mario Rencio. Malaga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diego Jakobe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Gaspar Mingo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. A collision led to Malaga getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Anastasio Jakes hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Malaga's zone, Santos Gartzea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Rencio came out of the goal and Santos Gartzea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Boca Juniors MJS were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Malaga's zone, Diego Jakobe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Rencio came out of the goal and Diego Jakobe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mario Rencio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Santos Gartzea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 58 minute of play. If Santos Gartzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Malaga defense, Alejo Peru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mario Rencio. The Malaga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mario Rencio should have stopped the shot. Boca Juniors MJS's attack was well implemented in the 66th minute, but when Alejo Peru was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Mario Rencio made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Alejo Peru sent off a good shot on target. Mario Rencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Gartzea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Malaga's Mario Rencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Malaga from getting a goal against them. Mario Rencio was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Alejo Peru capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alejo Peru really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Santos Gartzea scored 0-7 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mario Rencio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
