An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Rutecki in the 15th minute of play forced Tatón's goalkeeper Omar Roano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Roano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 朱轩西 in the 16th minute of play. Malaga's Mario Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Sindo in the 19th minute of play. With a little luck, Malaga's Mario Rencio got control of the ball when Cayetano Cesario tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cayetano Cesario got free with Mario Rencio in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
