Villada AFC's Anastasio Goren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Ledesma in the 63rd minute of play. In the 75th minute Villada AFC were awarded a corner. Esteban Sol went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Luzuriaga AFC's Lucas Rodas got a free kick in the 77th minute. When Esteve Monico came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Luzuriaga AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteve Monico couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the game, Fidel Ledesma recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anastasio Goren. Fidel Ledesma showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Luzuriaga AFC played a much better game than Villada AFC and deserved their victory. The Villada AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
