The supporters of Chalacea FC booed when Luzuriaga AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Gustau didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute Tadeo Shantala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Slavey Danailov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Rodas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute, Fidel Ledesma left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Luzuriaga AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Slavey Danailov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Chumo in the 16th minute of the match. Cayetano Galsino came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Luzuriaga AFC's Domingos Santikurtz. But to his dismay, Domingos Santikurtz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cayetano Galsino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Ledesma in the 25th minute of the match. After 28 minutes of play, Luzuriaga AFC's Fidel Ledesma made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cayetano Galsino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Chumo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Slavey Danailov made a huge save. Cayetano Galsino came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Luzuriaga AFC's Fidel Ledesma. But to his dismay, Fidel Ledesma quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chalacea FC's goalkeeper Cayetano Galsino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Domingos Santikurtz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luzuriaga AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Domingos Santikurtz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cayetano Galsino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tadeo Shantala took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Slavey Danailov. Slavey Danailov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Henrique Hoffmann hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half Luzuriaga AFC were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fidel Ledesma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 63 minutes of play, Chalacea FC's Jonathan Chumo made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Slavey Danailov was left in no man's land by his defense there! 68 minutes into the match, Luzuriaga AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Shantala came free, but Slavey Danailov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Henrique Hoffmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Slavey Danailov was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. When Fidel Ledesma came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Luzuriaga AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Ledesma couldn't finish the play. Tadeo Shantala scored 4-4 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Slavey Danailov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucas Rodas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cayetano Galsino. That made the score 4-5 in the 95 minute of play.
