Jacobo Domenec hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the match, Calchín AFC's Horacio Roderigo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benigno Chayo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th minute, one of Benavídez AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Benavídez AFC. In the 13th minute there was a penalty for Calchín AFC. Eustaquio Conrao stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Benigno Chayo. 0-1. Benigno Chayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Isusko in the 15th minute of the match. The Calchín AFC fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Calchín AFC's Jerzy Budzynski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marcelo Delgado kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Benigno Chayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerzy Budzynski in the 27th minute of the match. Benigno Chayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Isusko in the 29th minute of play. Benigno Chayo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jerzy Budzynski's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerzy Budzynski in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benigno Chayo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jerzy Budzynski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerzy Budzynski to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the game Cornelio Macerio made a throw-in which Luisito Pierres played forward. Hector Montes hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After having played for 57 minutes, Ruben Dolfo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Benavídez AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruben Dolfo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benavídez AFC's Benigno Chayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Benavídez AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute, Mariano Orland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelo Delgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ariel Mikeldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Benavídez AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Budzynski came free, but Benigno Chayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erasmo Heriberto kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Eustaquio Conrao sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Benavídez AFC's Benigno Chayo didn't even have to move. When Calchín AFC's Jerzy Budzynski in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Benavídez AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 82nd minute Jerzy Budzynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Chayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Calchín AFC's Jerzy Budzynski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benigno Chayo. Benigno Chayo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Marcelo Delgado hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Benigno Chayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Isusko in the 91st minute of play. Eustaquio Conrao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Calchín AFC's Jerzy Budzynski was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 95th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The Benavídez AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Calchín AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
