Celestino Rudolfo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernesto Neron went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Celestino Rudolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Calisto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Ernesto Neron had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Angel Peyo fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Obsesivos.com's protests and gave Angel Peyo a yellow card for diving instead. Angel Peyo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After 28 played minutes Luisito Clementi rounded Talleres's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. 32 minutes into the match, Obsesivos.com's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Calisto came free, but Celestino Rudolfo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Talleres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Agustin Ortle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Talleres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Obsesivos.com the free kick. After 43 played minutes Obsesivos.com got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Clementi. 47 minutes into the game, Talleres's Amado Calisto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celestino Rudolfo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amado Calisto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Amado Calisto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 64 minutes, Agustin Ortle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talleres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustin Ortle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amado Calisto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Rudolfo having to interfere. Amado Calisto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Talleres's Nicanor Pudes got a free kick in the 79th minute. With a little luck, Obsesivos.com's Celestino Rudolfo got control of the ball when Amado Calisto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Talleres's Agustin Ortle got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 86 minutes, Amado Calisto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talleres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Calisto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute, Amado Calisto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celestino Rudolfo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. The supporters of Obsesivos.com booed when Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Pudes didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Talleres could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Obsesivos.com throughout the match.
