Spectators: 7002 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) RACING CLUB's Dalmacio Domenec started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Afc Castilla's Felipe Aresti got control of the ball when Carlos Miro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Afc Castilla's Felipe Aresti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Domenec in the 6th minute of play. Carlos Miro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Felipe Aresti made a huge save. With a little luck, Afc Castilla's Felipe Aresti got control of the ball when Carlos Miro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Afc Castilla's Felipe Aresti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Afc Castilla from getting a goal against them. 15 minutes into the match, Afc Castilla's goal looked a bit too open when Dalmacio Domenec came free, but Felipe Aresti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, RACING CLUB's Carlos Miro made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Felipe Aresti was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 20 played minutes RACING CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Llorienzo. Felipe Aresti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dalmacio Domenec, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Felipe Aresti came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by RACING CLUB's Carlos Miro. But to his dismay, Carlos Miro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Felipe Aresti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Llorienzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Carlos Miro notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Afc Castilla's Felipe Aresti. Felipe Aresti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44th match minute, Afc Castilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Ferman to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Miro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Felipe Aresti came out and tried to block the shot, but Carlos Miro slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santiago Niva to strike the kick off in the second half. Felipe Aresti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Miro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute German Mon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Aresti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Domenec in the 58th minute of play forced Afc Castilla's goalkeeper Felipe Aresti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the game, RACING CLUB's Dalmacio Domenec nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felipe Aresti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. 66 minutes into the match, Afc Castilla's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Miro came free, but Felipe Aresti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th match minute, Afc Castilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Ferman to maneuver through the defense. Juan Iraitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Felipe Aresti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Domenec in the 84th minute of play. After 86 played minutes Afc Castilla got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Ferman. After 88 played minutes Afc Castilla got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Ferman. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Afc Castilla! Afc Castilla's Felipe Aresti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Miro in the 98th minute of play. RACING CLUB walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
